Troubleshooting
Find the failing boundary before changing keys, settings or services.
Launch and game support#
| Symptom | Check |

| Loader stops in another game | Join Greedy Growers. The supported GameId check is deliberate. |
| Download/compile/startup error | Use the current stable loader, check HTTPS access and executor capabilities; inspect the reported error. |
| Old Veyra interface/notice | Use the current Aroyn command. The legacy loader only supplies the migration notice. |
Account and dashboard#
| Symptom | Check |

| New domain requests sign-in | Browser storage is origin-specific. Sign in with the same Discord account on aroyn.xyz. |
| Login returns to a wrong origin | A self-hosted frontend/API must agree on site origin, allowed origins and exact Discord callback. Do not copy loopback config into a cloud bundle. |
| Runtime view disconnected | Confirm the Hub is running, the dashboard key is current and it belongs to the same deployment. |
| Static preview has no live data | A frontend preview does not supply account/live services. |
| Deletion is pending | Access may already be revoked; cleanup retries are separate. Do not interpret 202 as complete removal. |
Presence and executor labels#
A silent exit can remain online for the stale window. Missing WebSocket support invokes HTTPS fallback; basic presence does not require dashboard linking. Unknown executor data means no usable label was reported, and is excluded from the distribution chart. See presence and executor metadata.
Pet feeding and mobile controls#
Auto Feed starts off. Check active pets, known hunger, thresholds and eligible fruit below the cap. Protected or invalid candidates are skipped. Missing confirmed-feed counts can reflect replication delay rather than a second feed being needed. On mobile, use current client releases for swipe scrolling and the connection shortcut.
Report useful evidence#
Include the public client version, compatible game, reported error and which step failed. Redact dashboard keys, auth tokens and private exported data. Historical source checks are not evidence that your current execution succeeded.
