Client releases & updates
How the stable loader and update notice relate to a running session.
Current documented public version#
The imported source snapshot identifies 4.3.95 as the public client version. Check the public manifest for the version currently distributed. This site does not poll a live service or claim a newer release.
Update checks#
The client checks the manifest at startup and then approximately every 30 minutes. A valid newer version produces a header notice. The manifest request contains no dashboard credential and does not write to D1.
A running client is not replaced automatically. Rerun the stable loader when you choose to update. The loader selects the versioned release, and repeated execution unloads the old singleton, transports and connections.
Publication and local work#
Public client releases, reusable UI development, documentation changes and main website work have separate histories. Phase names are not client versions. Read the Hub changelog for confirmed public releases and links to the local work history.
Historical instructions#
The earlier client-updates document describes the 4.3.82 update flow and older staging URLs. The later client-release document supplies the current aroyn.xyz loader and public-beta status. Earlier restricted rollout gates are not current user installation requirements.
